Garnish Cinnamon stick
Ingredients
  • 120 g Unsalted Butter
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 1 spoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 3 spoon(s) Ground mixed spices
  • 1 spoon(s) Ground allspice
  • 1 pinch(es) Fine sea salt
  • 300ml Appleton Estate Signature Blend
  • 600ml Boiling water
How to make

Beat first 6 ingredients until smooth, chill until needed. Stir two tbsp mixture into 100ml water & 50ml rum
