Hot Buttered Rum (2)
- 120 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 1 spoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 3 spoon(s) Ground mixed spices
- 1 spoon(s) Ground allspice
- 1 pinch(es) Fine sea salt
- 300ml Appleton Estate Signature Blend
- 600ml Boiling water
Beat first 6 ingredients until smooth, chill until needed. Stir two tbsp mixture into 100ml water & 50ml rum
