What you need
Serve in a Wine glass
Garnish Sprig of mint & 3 fresh raspberries
Ingredients
  • 25ml Raspberry shrub
  • 150ml Freixenet 0% Sparkling Rose
  • 8 leaves Fresh mint
  • 12.5ml Teisseire Peach Syrup
  • *crush 350g fresh raspberies, mix with 250g sugar,
  • vinegar, stir & seal. Rest at room temp for a day, shaking
  • every few hours. Fine strain and chill
