Shrub Spritz
- 25ml Raspberry shrub
- 150ml Freixenet 0% Sparkling Rose
- 8 leaves Fresh mint
- 12.5ml Teisseire Peach Syrup
- *crush 350g fresh raspberies, mix with 250g sugar,
- vinegar, stir & seal. Rest at room temp for a day, shaking
- every few hours. Fine strain and chill
Build over ice and stir
